Board Application Procedure

The Board Application Procedure consists of three rounds.

Round 1 – deadline: May 31st 23:59.
Please apply for your preferred position before May 31st 23.59. This can be done by sending your resume and a motivation letter (one page maximum) to board@unitednetherlands.org. Your motivation letter should at least cover why you are applying for a board year at United Netherlands, your preferred role in the board of 2019-2020, as well as your preferred flexible tasks.

You will be informed whether you have been accepted for an interview on Monday the 3rd of June.

Round 2 – MOTIVATION & PRIORITIES
The second round consists of an interview. The purpose of this interview is to get to know you as an applicant as well as your motivation. You can expect questions about your priorities next to UNL and about your expectations of the board year. This interview will take place in week 23.

Round 3 – EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOR
The third round is another interview round, in which the interview panel will include a member of the Advisory or Supervisory Board. During this interview, we will ask more in-depth questions and focus on your professional behavior. You will be asked to set out your personal goals for the year. This interview will take place in week 24.

The deadline to apply for the 2019-2020 Board of United Netherlands is the 31st of May 23:59.
