About us
United Netherlands’ Board, consisting of a group of university students, is responsible for the daily execution of United Netherlands’ programs and operations.
United Netherlands’ Board is supervised by the Supervisory Board, and the Board receives formal and informal advice from the United Netherlands Advisory Board.
Alongside the core boards, we also have the aMUNli Board for our alumni network and a Board of Recommendation

Jesper Wouters
Vice-President & Financial Manager
Jesper Wouters serves as Vice President and Financial Manager of United Netherlands. In these roles, he supports the board in its day-to-day activities while overseeing the organisation's financial management and budget. Jesper gained a vast and in-depth understanding of UNL when he took part in the 23rd Delegation last year, giving him vital insights into the job to ensure his success in the coming year. Having completed his second year, Jesper is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Radboud University. Outside of United Netherlands, he enjoys spending time with friends, staying active through fitness and football, and travelling whenever the opportunity arises.
Yasmin Crommentuijn-Marsh
President
Yasmin Crommentuijn-Marsh serves as the President of United Netherlands. In her role, she provides leadership to the organisation, oversees its long-term development, and works with the board to support the growth and success of its members. Having previously represented United Netherlands as a member of the 23rd Delegation, Yasmin is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Outside of United Netherlands, you’ll rarely find her sitting still. Whether she is travelling, playing sports, making music, or taking up a new hobby she is happiest when busy.
Jurre van Rietschote
Academic Manager
Jurre van Rietschote serves as Academic Manager of United Netherlands. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining the quality of the curriculum across the organisation’s three programmes, while ensuring that delegates develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in Model United Nations and reach their full potential. Having represented United Netherlands as a member of the 23rd Delegation, Jurre is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Outside of United Netherlands, he regularly plays hockey, has a strong passion for Model United Nations, and enjoys spending time outdoors and running.
Sem Noë
UNMD Executive & Relations Manager
Sem Noë serves as UNMD Executive and Relations Manager of United Netherlands. In these roles, he is responsible for coordinating the logistical aspects of the Delegation Programme while maintaining close contact with delegates and aMUNli to strengthen the organisation's internal community. Having represented United Netherlands as a member of the 23rd Delegation, Sem is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Outside of United Netherlands, he enjoys playing the guitar, taking part in board games and friendly competitions, and sharing interesting fun facts whenever the opportunity arises.
Aoife Quinn
External Affairs Manager & PSP Executive
Aoife Quinn is serving as the External Affairs Manager and Public Speaking Programme Executive of United Netherlands. In her role as External Affairs Manager she has the main responsibility of attaining and maintaining sponsorships for United Netherlands, as well as ensuring strong relations with other external organisations. As PSP Executive she organises public speaking training for university students so that they have the opportunity to boost their skills. Like the other members of the 23rd Board, she took part in the most recent United Netherlands delegation. Aoife has an Honors Degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her second Masters in International Business. Outside of UNL she is the Marketing Manager for a small company in Nijmegen, she enjoys reading, and hosting events for her friends.
Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board supervises the realization of the long-term objectives of United Netherlands, the functioning of the board, and the general course of affairs within the organization. Supervision takes place through the inspection of an annual plan and annual report, bimonthly meetings, and regular reporting. The Supervisory Board consists of United Netherlands alumni and non-alumni.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board supports the Board by providing formal and informal advice. It consists of former United Netherlands Board members who build on their own experiences to offer guidance, during bimonthlies and via 1-on-1 meetings. In addition, the members of the Advisory Board give workshops to the Board members, on topics ranging from teamwork to creating a safe learning environment.
